Welcome to the Richboro State Farm Agency owned by Nick DeMaio. In 2002, I established my first office in Perkasie, and my family has cherished our time in this community ever since. Recently, we had the opportunity to open a second location in Richboro, and we have grown to love this beautiful community. Alongside my wife, Alison, who played a vital role in opening our original office, we have enjoyed getting to know our neighbors and forming meaningful friendships with many of our customers. We are excited to build similar connections and friendships here in Richboro.

I obtained my financial training while pursuing a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. During my time there, I also had the opportunity to play football and make friends from around the world, with whom I still keep in touch. It is fascinating to me that the Philadelphia Football team played at Franklin Field, the same place where I competed in my collegiate sport.

My wife and I are blessed with two incredible grandchildren who live in Philadelphia, and we spend a significant amount of time with them, exploring places like Old City, Northern Liberties, and Society Hill. Recently, we made the decision to move to Old City to be more involved in their daily lives. However, our roots remain in Perkasie, where we have developed many relationships within the Bucks County community over the years. We enjoy the restaurants of Philadelphia, where my daughter and son-in-law both have businesses in Center City. As a family-oriented person, I understand the importance of protecting every aspect of your life. That's why I have built a team that I consider family and a business dedicated to keeping not only my family but also yours protected. My team and I provide recommendations based on the same options we use for ourselves and our extended families.
